Fall in a Supermarket

In April 2008 the Claimant fell in her local branch of Morrisons. Two members of staff were replenishing shelves and left a box on the floor. The box was obscured by the employees’ trolley and our client did not see it and tripped over it.

The client sustained soft tissue injuries, mainly affecting her chest and also suffered a blow to the head. We were able to conclude this case relatively quickly, within 6 months of the accident occurring, and obtained a four figure compensation sum.
