Injury Claim For Whiplash

In this case our client was a bus driver who was injured when the bus he was driving was in a head on collision with another vehicle.  He suffered whiplash injuries in the accident.  We arranged for the claimant to see an Orthopaedic consultant, but no further treatment was required.

At the time that the letter of claim was issued, liability was not admitted.  We therefore, commenced legal proceedings having finalised our client’s medical evidence and obtained details of his losses and expenses. Once proceedings were issued, the defendant’s insurers almost immediately started to seek to settle the claim.  We obtained a four figure compensation amount for our client.
