Road Traffic Accident - Exacerbation

The claimant in this case was injured in a road traffic accident.

She received a soft tissue injury to her lower back representing an exacerbation of a previous injury by a factor of 2 years and a soft tissue injury to her leg. We arranged for the claimant to see an Orthopaedic consultant who recommended that our client have physiotherapy.  This was privately arranged and paid for with an interim payment from the Defendant.  Liability was not admitted by the defendant at first, but later the case was settled in proceedings.  We obtained a four figure compensation sum for the claimant.
