Without Legal representation this defendant would have had no chance of a claim.

Our client instructed us to pursue a claim for damages following an accident sustained whilst living in rented accommodation.

 Following submission of the claim, the defendant’s insurers denied liability. Given the defendant’s denial of liability it was crucial that we obtained detailed witness statements from previous tenants in order to support tour client’s evidence. 

 Given the considerable amount of resistance the defendant’s representatives displayed in relation to this claim it would be highly unlikely that the claimant would have continued to pursue the claim for compensation himself..

 Had the claimant not had the benefit of legal representation, the likely outcome would have been that he would not have achieved the compensation to which he was entitled.
