Elderly lady hit by trolley wins the day.

Our client, an elderly lady, was visiting her sick husband in hospital.  As she ascended some stairs a cleaner hit her with a trolley.

The hospital disputed liability but following negotiations Harris Fowler put forward proposals to settle claim, as a result of which our client received damages of  £2800.
