Driver of wrecked car was fully compensated.
Our client Mr Jones, a retired electrical engineer, approached us for advice after his car was damaged in an accident. His car was hit by another car reversing out of a driveway causing Mr Jones’s car to roll over and rest against a wall.
We quickly established that our client was not at fault in any way and liability was accepted by the other driver’s insurers. Following further negotiations the case was settled and compensation paid.
