Accident in a Supermarket car park

A supermarket has been told to pay a four figure sum to a lady injured in their car park.

As the lady in this case was leaving a supermarket car park on her scooter, she hit a pothole in the road, she fell from the scooter, breaking her ankle as she did so. Unusually, the supermarket denied liability and took the case to court, where the ruling went clearly in the victims favour and Harris Fowler solicitors were able to gain a significant amount of compensation for her. This allowed her to continue with the care she needed.
