Professional Negligence claims are not always straightforward and can be difficult to prove. We have the experience and knowledge to be able to advise you on whether you may be entitled to compensation and to advise on the chance of a successful claim.

On receipt of your contact form we will contact you so that we can take details of your accident and the type of injury you have sustained. One of our team of  specialist personal injury solicitors will then review your case.  We will let you know quickly whether you have a claim for compensation.

We will not put pressure on you to proceed with a claim for professional negligence.  If you do decide to go ahead, one of our personal injury solicitors will be assigned to handle your compensation claim.  We will then write to you, giving an outline of the details of your accident and your injuries, based on the information you have given us.  In cases of solicitors professional negligence, we will also ask for details of  your existing claim.  You will be asked to confirm that the details are correct, and then to sign and return the document. 

You may be asked to start keeping a daily record of your symptoms and recovery from your injury.

Your solicitor will contact the person that you will be making a claim against, to inform them of your intention to make a claim for professional negligence.  We will then begin to accumulate the evidence needed to support your claim.
