We believe that those who have been injured, and their families, need much more than legal advice on whether they are entitled to compensation - the traditional role of solicitors has essentially been limited to purely obtaining financial compensation. Conventionally, there has been little in the way of follow up advice to ensure that the individual is provided with the broader support necessary to make the fullest recovery, not only in financial terms but also in relation to the medical and vocational consequences of the injury.
