Road to recovery

Our philosophy is that while obtaining compensation is an important issue, for many it is just the starting point of a broader need for practical support and advice.
In cases of individuals who suffer significant injuries, support is required in a range of other areas such as supervision of ongoing care and rehabilitation regimes, liaison with statutory authorities (for example, in relation to the provision of specially adapted housing for individuals who have suffered a disability) and financial advice to ensure that any compensation is properly invested to meet the long term needs of the individual.
Experience also shows that those suffering from serious or catastrophic injuries, and their close family, can benefit from being introduced to other support networks and organisations.
