Assessment

Following your initial contact we will contact you to take details of your accident and the type of injury you have sustained.
One of our specialist personal injury solicitors will then review your case, and we will let you know quickly whether you have a claim for compensation.
There will be no obligation on your part to proceed with a claim for personal injury compensation. If you do decide to go ahead, we will appoint one of our personal injury solicitors to handle your compensation claim. We will write to you with an outline of the details of your accident and your injuries, based on the information you have given us. You will be asked to confirm that the details are correct, and then to sign and return the document.
You may be asked to start keeping a daily record of your symptoms and recovery from your injury.
Your solicitor will contact the person that you will be making a claim against, to inform them of your intention to make a claim for injuries caused as a result of their negligence. We will then begin to accumulate the evidence needed to support your claim.
