In this case, our client was involved in an unfortunate road traffic accident.  He was stationary at a set of traffic lights and was hit from behind by a bus.  He suffered whiplash injuries, which he initially made a good recovery from, but then suffered niggling symptoms over the next 2 years.  We were successful in achieving a four-figure compensation award for him.
