Our client job involved rolling galvanised palisade posts into bundles so that they could be tied together.  On this occasion a colleague was helping him. Our client’s colleague rolled one of the posts too fast and it landed on the client’s finger.  This resulted in the Client fracturing his fingers.  We were able to obtain a four-figure compensation award for the client.
