Our client was involved in a road traffic accident. He was driving passed a garage and a car pulled out in front of him very sharply. The client had to brake quickly and the car behind him didn’t stop in time and collided into his vehicle. Following the accident, the client suffered whiplash injuries, with recurring chronic symptoms for 3 years. Despite being instructed just one month before his 3 year limitation period expired we managed to obtain a four figure sum as compensation for him.
