Motor Insurance Bureau claims

B. v MIB
In another case Neil secured £275,000 from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau in a case where the client’s step father lost control of the vehicle in which she was a passenger sustaining serious multiple injuries - the Motor Insurers’ Bureau initially rejected payment of compensation on the basis that the client knew the vehicle was uninsured.
Industrial Disease and Injury Claims

These types of claims are often complex, and liability is usually disputed by the Defendant insurance company.

Overseas accidents and Injuries

R. v R.
